 Narayan is a seasoned IT Business Leader with more than 30 years of experience and has managed large business portfolios & IT Programs. 

He has rich experience in winning, leading & managing large Digital, Business Transformation and System Integration programs. 

He is recognized for his capabilities & expertise in execution, Program Management and as troubleshooter and turnaround specialist.

A global leadership experience having worked in the US, UK, ME & Australia 

 B Tech in Computer Science and Executive Business Management Program from IIM-B

In his previous role, he was the Senior Vice President of Engineering  and India Center Head for "entomo" - a SaaS Product MNC company. Before that he has held various senior leadership roles at Wipro, HP & Tech Mahindra. He also has expereince in setting up and being part of 2 startups. 

Sairam has over 30 years of corporate experience in business strategy, digital transformation, IT services, innovation management, customer service, and organizational transformations. 

Expertise & experience in setting up World-class technology & Digital CoEs, Global Automation Teams, Delivery centres and Performance improvement programs 

He has worked extensively with clients/teams across all three geographies.

Two Master's degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration. 

In his previous role, he was the Director, Global Delivery Center for MicroFoucs. He has held senior leadership roles in Cargill, Tech Mahindra & HP before that.
